According to China Business News, less than two months later, Gionee became the subject of execution again. On December 4, Shenzhen Gionee Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Gionee Communication"), the operating entity of Gionee Group, was listed as the subject of execution, with the execution target of 80.6549 million yuan. In the second half of the year alone, the cumulative execution target of Gionee Communication reached nearly 100 million yuan.

According to the China Enforcement Information Disclosure Network, since 2018, Gionee Communication has had 6 pages of information on the persons subject to enforcement, totaling 60 items. Among them, starting from July 2, 2019, Gionee Communication was listed as the person subject to enforcement 8 times, and the total amount of enforcement targets in the second half of the year totaled 95.6692 million yuan.

In September this year, Gionee suddenly "resurrected". On September 2, the official WeChat public account of Gionee, which had not been updated for nearly ten months, suddenly published a message to warm up the new mobile phones M11 and M11s.

Earlier, there were reports that Lu Guanghui, the second largest shareholder of Gionee Communication, organized a roundtable meeting with agents from many provinces across the country, hoping to restore everyone's confidence and start over. A slogan reading "Golden Quality, Stand in the World" was also hung at the meeting site.

However, industry insiders pointed out that even if Gionee returns to the market, it will be difficult to restore its former glory under the tight control of the leading brands. In addition, major manufacturers have already launched 5G mobile phones, making it even more difficult for Gionee to catch up.
