According to Reuters, on Monday, May 13, local time in the United States, after imposing a 25% tariff on $200 billion worth of Chinese goods, the United States is planning a fourth round of tariffs on goods.

The Office of the United States Trade Representative said that the next round of tariffs will be imposed on about $300 billion worth of goods imported from China, including mobile phones and laptops that are not included this time, but not medicines and rare earths.

It is understood that the Office of the United States Trade Representative will hold a hearing on June 17 to announce a list of up to 3,805 products and discuss the final list of tariffs and the specific implementation date.

It is understood that this round of additional tariffs may be officially implemented after July.
