May 15, 2024 - Today, Intel announced the launch of Thunderbolt Share, which effectively improves the PC-to-PC connection experience and marks a major change in the way users interact with two PCs. The solution is suitable for specific PCs and accessories equipped with Thunderbolt 4 or Thunderbolt 5 ports, enabling instant screen sharing and fast file transfer between PCs, making users' workflows more flexible and efficient.

“We are excited to continue to advance the industry in connectivity solutions with Thunderbolt technology,” said Jason Ziller, vice president and general manager of Intel’s Client Connectivity Group. “Thunderbolt Share is the realization of our vision to bring innovative solutions to market and give users a whole new way to maximize their PC experience. Now users can easily access content from one PC to another at Thunderbolt speeds. This truly improves user productivity and efficiency.”
