From May 12 to 14, 2024, the 10th (2024) Pig Industry Summit was grandly held in Gaomi, Weifang, under the guidance of the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau of Shandong Province, co-organized by the Shandong Animal Husbandry Association and the Shandong Pig Industry Technology System, and co-sponsored by the Gaomi Municipal People's Government and the Pig Industry Branch of the Shandong Animal Husbandry Association. The conference discussed and exchanged views on many issues such as disease prevention and control, explored new directions for industry quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, transformation and upgrading, and high-quality development, and effectively promoted the continuous progress of my country's pig industry.
As an active practitioner in the field of smart animal husbandry, Ruichuang Micro-Nano was invited to participate in this event and demonstrated on-site inspections suitable for smart pig farms. At the exhibition site, many experts from the industry visited the Ruichuang Micro-Nano booth and had in-depth exchanges with the technical team to jointly discuss the application prospects of animal husbandry robots.
The IBot-RMP200 intelligent livestock pig farm inspection robot independently developed by Ruichuang Micronano has a lightweight design and realizes functions such as pig number counting, pig weight estimation, fever pig screening and identification, remote/inspection, and intelligent environmental control, providing an effective solution for the early detection of epidemics such as "African swine fever".
In addition, for large-scale smart chicken farms, Ruichuang Micronano has also launched a smart livestock chicken farm inspection robot, which can identify dead chickens, sick chickens, and weak chickens, screen out chickens with reduced production, automatically identify stuck chickens, and identify broken and dirty eggs. At the same time, the robot can also build and monitor the large environment of the chicken house. By real-time monitoring and analysis of the behavior and health status of the chickens, the robot can detect abnormal situations in time and remind managers to take corresponding measures, thereby greatly improving the intelligence level and efficiency of chicken farm management.
The breakthrough of multi-dimensional perception is the core highlight of Ruichuang Micro-Nano in the identification process of pigs, broilers and laying hens. Through the exclusive use of visible light and dual-light fusion technology, Ruichuang Micro-Nano has demonstrated its outstanding technical strength and greatly improved the accuracy and efficiency of identification. This technology enables the robot to obtain more accurate and comprehensive images when collecting images, so as to better analyze data; at the same time, the robot also has remote monitoring functions, and customers can check the situation of pig farms and chicken farms through or anytime, anywhere, so as to make timely decisions.
In the future, the development trend of animal husbandry will be towards scale, automation, intelligence and unmanned development. Through real-time data collection, analysis and decision-making capabilities, refined management can be achieved, corporate costs can be reduced, and product value can be increased.
