OFweek Cup · OFweek 2023 China Robot Industry Annual Selection (abbreviated as OFweek Robot Awards 2023) is jointly organized by OFweek, China's high-tech industry portal, and its authoritative robot professional media - OFweek Robot. This selection is a major brand event in China's robot industry and one of the most professional and influential selections in the high-tech industry.
The event aims to build a brand communication and display platform for products, technologies and companies in the robotics industry, and leverage the resources and influence of the OFweek platform to promote innovative products and solutions to industry users and the market, encouraging more companies to invest in technological innovation; at the same time, it will deliver more innovative products and cutting-edge technologies to the industry, and together imagine the future of the robotics industry.
The OFweek Robot Awards 2023, the annual selection of China's robot industry, will enter the online voting stage from February 20 to March 20, 2024, and the award ceremony will be held in Shenzhen on April 18. At present, the event is in the hot stage of enterprise application, and enterprises in the industry have responded positively.
Kunwei Technology participated in the "Veko Cup OFweek 2023 China Robotics Industry Annual Core Components Innovation Product Award"
Award: Veken Cup OFweek 2023 China Robotics Industry Annual Core Components Innovation Product Award
Participating companies: Changzhou Kunwei Sensing Technology Co., Ltd.
Product Introduction:
KWR75 explosion-proof six-dimensional force sensor
①The core of explosion-proof is to reduce the power of the entire system to ensure that no sparks are generated when the robot works beyond the maximum power (short circuit). This technology is extremely complex. First, reducing the system power will affect the strain gauge in the six-dimensional force sensor, making the effective signal in the sensor smaller; second, the power drop will cause the voltage to drop, which will cause the signal received by the sensor to drop exponentially. In order to deal with the interference of multi-channel tiny signals and solve the problem of effective signal reduction, Kunwei Technology increased the resistance in the sensor to 4500 ohms, while the resistance in traditional force sensors is only 350 ohms.
②KWR75 series six-axis force sensor is a highly integrated multi-dimensional force sensor with built-in high-precision embedded intelligent circuit, which can measure and output the force and torque in three orthogonal directions in real time. The product matches the end of most collaborative robots on the market .
Company Introduction:
Changzhou Kunwei Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2018. It is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to providing high-precision force sensors (six-dimensional force sensors) and force control solutions. The company is mainly engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, sales, and technology promotion of intelligent force sensors, developing force sensor products for robots and other intelligent equipment industries, and providing force measurement solutions and related products for robots and other intelligent equipment, industrial process monitoring, product quality inspection, scientific research test measurement and other fields.
Reasons for participation:
At present, the explosion-proof certification standard obtained by Kunwei KWR75 series six-dimensional force sensor is basically equivalent to the international IEC60079 standard system, and can be safely used in scenes with a lot of industrial dust such as coal mining, metal processing, papermaking, etc. This is also the first six-dimensional force sensor in China to pass the explosion-proof certification.
Voting time:
The voting for this year's "OFweek Robot Awards 2023" event will begin on February 20. Please pay attention to the robot-related selection news on Veken.com and you are welcome to vote.
