Introduction: 1

Many students will encounter a very important thing during the learning and use process, that is, our robot needs to be configured accordingly when it needs to do input and output.

The prerequisite for configuring the corresponding signal is to configure the IO version.

This article is based on an IO setting with the DSQC652 signal board already configured.

Note: Students need to be aware that not all signal boards are DSQC652, so you need to configure it according to your signal board.

011. Check whether the configured io board is supported

1. Open the main menu and click Control Panel.

2. Find the configuration in the control panel and click it

3. Find devicenet device and click on it

4. Check here to see if the 652 board has been configured.

0 22. Add group input signal

1. After we open the menu, select Control Panel.

2. After entering the control panel, select Configuration

3. Select iO System in the theme .

4. Click signai

5. Select Add

6. Fill in your group input name (here I use G I0 7 ), set it to digital input mode, and select the signal version as 652 signal version.

Select the wiring address of your corresponding group input (for example, 0-7 is to input 0-7 as binary digits into the robot) .

7. After clicking Confirm, you will be prompted that the changes will take effect after restarting. Do you want to change it now?

This can be done based on your personal situation.

If you need to configure other Io signals, you can restart the application after completing all the configurations (if you don't do this, you will restart more often and waste unnecessary time)

If you only need to modify or add one of them, just restart.

0 33. Group output

How to add a group output signal? The previous steps are the same as the group input signal. We need to pay attention to selecting the digital output signal.

8. Where we added the input we can add the output

9. You can refer to the following for reference. I use GO07 here , and select Digital Output for the name.

The signal board selected is the 652 signal board. The output wiring port selection of the group is 0-7 .

(For example, 0-7 is the robot output of 0-7 as a binary digit)

10. If there is anything else that needs to be configured, Io can configure it first and then choose to restart.

You need to restart before you can select the application normally.

0 4 Summary:

The above is the configuration process of the Dsqc62 version. Configuring this board is a prerequisite for our later Io signal, because our Io signal must be configured through the communication board. Then we can directly connect to the external Io through this board, which is a very important configuration step.

Of course, this is just a separate Io version, and you need to configure the group io signal.

The board shown here is a 652 board. In reality, there are other types of boards, so you need to be careful to distinguish them. If there are any errors in the article, please contact customer service.

Note: Be sure to pay attention to the support of options. If your option is not supported, you cannot configure it. There is no board configuration option when selecting the configuration.

It should be noted that the group Io here is a demonstration. The specific name and corresponding address of group Io must be consistent with your wiring diagram and meet the engineering needs of your site.

Although the steps in this article are shown in screenshots using a virtual teaching pendant, the same steps are used in real equipment.
