Industry Annual Awards (abbreviated as OFweek Robot Awards 2022) is jointly organized by OFweek, China's high-tech industry portal, and its authoritative robot professional media - OFweek Robot. The award has been established for more than ten years and is a major brand event in China's robot industry. It is also one of the most professional and influential awards in the high-tech industry.

Practical case: CNC machine loading and unloading
Time: 2021-2022
Practical case content: The composite robot performs automatic loading and unloading and material handling for CNC machine tools, realizing the automatic loading and unloading of multiple CNC machines by one composite robot;
Pain points: (1) Communication problems among multiple devices. Solution: Develop an all-in-one operating system (AUBOPE) to achieve coordinated control of AGV, robotic arms , grippers and other equipment; (2) Power supply problems among multiple devices. Solution: Develop a unified power supply platform to achieve unified power supply for multiple devices; (3) Communication problems between composite robots and CNC machine tools. Solution: Develop a communication system between composite robots and equipment such as machine tools to achieve signal interaction between composite robots and multiple CNC machines; (4) Scheduling system. Solution: Develop a composite robot scheduling system to achieve “one-to-many” composite robot scheduling function.
Reasons for participation
AUBO Haina series mobile collaborative robots Overcome 2D/3D visual perception, end effector, multi-machine scheduling and other technologies, develop small size, flexible movement, load up to 300 kg, integrated collaborative robot arm, 3D vision system, electric gripper and autonomous mobile platform, automatic mapping and navigation function repeat positioning accuracy ±10 mm, battery life 6-8 hours, 3D vision function repeat positioning accuracy ±0.05 mm. The product adopts the new generation of AUBO Haina composite robot operation platform, and the all-in-one control system brings a simple, convenient, safe, reliable, flexible and efficient collaborative full-scene interactive experience. It can flexibly adapt to various working environments and complete various complex work tasks through the coordination of hands, eyes and feet. It provides users with new ideas for improving production line automation and is widely used in agriculture, construction, ports, electricity, automobiles, aerospace, biomedicine, 3C electronics, hardware and home appliances, medical and health fields.
