OFweek Cup 2022 China Robot Industry Annual Awards (abbreviated as OFweek Robot Awards 2022) is jointly organized by OFweek, China's high-tech industry portal, and its authoritative robot professional media - OFweek Robot. The award has been established for more than ten years and is a major brand event in China's robot industry. It is also one of the most professional and influential awards in the high-tech industry.

In 2021, the EMU three-dimensional upper limb rehabilitation robot will be launched. It is a 6-degree-of-freedom end-control robot driven by a servo system. It is based on the industry-leading force feedback technology platform independently developed by Fourier Intelligence. It simulates the smooth force control movements of the therapist's hands, outputs assistance or resistance according to needs, and realizes motion control, muscle strength and cognitive training in three-dimensional space, bringing a new rehabilitation assessment and training experience. It supports sit-stand training and can easily switch between left and right hands. A variety of training programs promote the improvement of multiple functions such as upper limb muscle strength, movement control ability, and joint mobility, making rehabilitation treatment more efficient. Precise force control simulates rich mechanical effects, and various training modes are combined with diversified training scenarios to increase the fun and immersion of training and improve the enthusiasm of users for rehabilitation training. Real-time visual feedback intuitively prompts users to exert force correctly and strengthen their neuromuscular control ability. It provides a rich three-dimensional space upper limb training movement trajectory. Therapists can choose according to the training goals of different users and customize training prescriptions to help users restore upper limb function and improve neuroplasticity. It is suitable for users with upper limb dysfunction caused by nerve or musculoskeletal injuries. Based on the force feedback technology platform, it senses the user's strength and provides assistance or resistance on demand, meeting the needs of users with upper limb strength levels of 0 to 5 from the early to mid-late stages of rehabilitation. It integrates assessment and training, accurately quantifies each user's movement, and visualizes the user's muscle strength, cognition, range of motion, motor control ability and other data. After the training, an analysis report is automatically generated, which allows therapists to track the training progress at any time and provide data reference for the adjustment of rehabilitation treatment plans.

EMU adopts an innovative wire drive transmission method, a hybrid series-parallel rod structure, and lightweight carbon fiber materials, thereby reducing the inertia and friction of the robot's own movement, providing users with a smooth three-dimensional upper limb rehabilitation training experience. This product has won many domestic and international awards such as the German Red Dot Award, iF Award, and Good Design Award. As one of the products covered by the Smart Rehabilitation Port solution, it has been widely used in the three-level rehabilitation network, especially in dozens of demonstration community rehabilitation centers built in the first and second batches in Shanghai, so that users with upper limb dysfunction caused by nerve or musculoskeletal injuries can receive intelligent and personalized rehabilitation training at their doorstep.
