The TILTIX inclinometer series has been expanded with a new triaxial MEMS accelerometer, enhanced firmware and a new housing concept. These changes have enabled POSITAL to simplify the manufacturing process and reduce delivery times while maintaining adequate environmental protection. The new version is compatible with the old model and has the same mounting area while offering better accuracy and a better signal-to-noise ratio. Common applications include the positioning of solar panels, anti-overturning warning systems for mobile machinery, control systems for crane booms, and tilt control for service robots, AGVs and other logistics lifting. Customers will be able to order CANopen and analog interfaces, SSI and Modbus-RTU interfaces by the end of this year.

Dynamic inclinometers Ideal for dynamic motion applications
Dynamic inclinometers output stable measurement signals for reliable use in mobile equipment such as cranes, construction, mining, agricultural machinery and other applications that may encounter sudden movements, shocks and vibrations.
Dynamic inclinometer features:
• Accurately measure motion during dynamic movements
• Output acceleration and speed
Static inclinometer
Static inclinometers can significantly improve operational safety in mobile machines, platform leveling or medical applications by continuously monitoring the tilt or inclination angle. Inclinometers are easier to install and therefore less expensive than rotary encoders, making them ideal for applications such as solar trackers, scissor lifts and aerial work platforms.
Static inclinometer features:
• High precision, suitable for slow movements
