Improve product matrix and continuously innovate

SIASUN has been continuously honing the core technology of collaborative robots and has launched a variety of robots suitable for automated human-machine collaboration, with a load range of 20kg/16kg/14kg/10kg/5kg/3kg. The rich product series is unique in the industry. However, in order to create a better experience for customers and meet more application scenarios, today, the DUCO® collaborative robot family has brought a new member to everyone - GCR12-1300 , with a maximum load of 12kg and a maximum arm span of 1300mm, which can better meet customers' applications in assembly, handling, palletizing, packaging and other scenarios.

In addition to basic functions such as safety, ease of use, drag-and-drop teaching, and rapid deployment, the DUCO® collaborative robot adopts a new generation of control cabinet design, which is 50% smaller, deeply integrated with 2D/3D cameras and welding application packages. It can also perform cloud data monitoring and remote ITO upgrades.

At present, DUCO® collaborative robots have been widely used in digital factories, automobiles, 3C and semiconductors, education innovation, medical health, food and medicine, clothing and textiles and other industries. They can replace manual work to complete intelligent picking, polishing, loading and unloading, assembly, screwing, quality inspection, handling, stacking, gluing and oiling, etc., and have more than 1,500 customers at home and abroad.

Core technology self-developed core components to achieve domestic substitution

In order to further ensure product quality, DUCO collaborative robots independently develop core components and have more than 300 related patents. In addition, SIASUN has built a complete product ecosystem that runs through upstream components. At present, except for the reducer, DUCO collaborative robots have completed the independent domestic substitution of core components of collaborative robots, and the proportion of domestic substitution ranks high.

Based on the self-developed core technology of collaborative robots and effective product quality control, DUCO® collaborative robots have passed CE, SEMI certification, MTBF50,000 hours and other certifications. Currently, DUCO® collaborative robots have successfully passed 16 TUV safety certifications, becoming the first collaborative robot manufacturer in China to pass this certification stage.

On the road of development, DUCO® collaborative robots have always been rooted in the deep scientific research soil of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. With technology research and development as the core, it has taken the lead in obtaining a number of independently developed patented technologies, and has also created many industry firsts along the way: the first seven-axis collaborative robot in China, the first dual-arm collaborative robot in China, the first 20kg large-load collaborative robot in China, and the first composite collaborative robot in China.
