A chip technology company in Beijing is recruiting ( chip design engineer) [full-time or part-time]
Job description:
1. Responsible for the design of RF, microwave, and millimeter wave integrated circuit chips; 2. Responsible for the testing and application development of RF transceiver circuits ( LNA/PA/MIXER/VCO , etc. ) ; 3. Design and simulate MMIC ; 4. Be able to design chip packaging and layout circuits and other work. Job requirements: 1. Microelectronics , electronic engineering, semiconductors and microwave related majors; 2. Master's degree or above, more than two years of relevant work experience, excellent fresh graduates are also acceptable; 3. Familiar with RF microwave devices, and have actual product or case experience in microwave and millimeter wave chips; 4. Those with compound ( GaAs/GaN/SiGe ) high-performance MMIC design experience are preferred; 5. Familiar with the use of integrated circuit design tools, such as: ADS/CADENCE/HFSS and various microwave measuring instruments.
