On the evening of December 16, the 2022 Gaogong Golden Globe Awards Ceremony was held at the Shenzhen Metro Crowne Plaza Hotel. Hundreds of guests from upstream, midstream and downstream companies in the robotics industry chain gathered together to celebrate the event. The title sponsor of this year's Golden Globe Awards is Han's Robotics.

Since the first Golden Globe Award, in the past 9 years, the Gaogong Golden Globe Award has become a thermometer of technological innovation and brand influence, measuring value with reputation, seizing opportunities with innovation, and winning the market with quality. It has become a consensus among robot companies to move forward.

There are a total of 8 awards in the 2022 Gaogong Golden Globe Awards, namely "Leading Enterprise of 2022", "Technology of 2022", "Product of 2022", "Innovative Technology of 2022", "Innovative Product of 2022", "Integrated Benchmark Enterprise of 2022", "High-Growth Enterprise of 2022" and "Market Innovation Award of 2022".

Among them, the "Technology of the Year 2022" award was selected by the Golden Globe Awards jury based on the major technological innovations and industrial applications of companies in the field of robotics in 2022. A total of five companies won this award, namely Elite Robotics, Han's Robotics, Siasun, Kelda Welding Robot, and Luoshi Robotics (in no particular order).

Elite Robot

Founded in 2016, Elite Robotics focuses on the research and development of platform-level collaborative robots.

As of now, Elite has two major product lines. The first is the EC series, which is mainly for mid-range and domestic customers, including collaborative robots with loads ranging from 3kg to 20kg, meeting various application scenarios such as 3C, automobiles, medical care, and electricity; the second is the CS series, which is for high-end and overseas customers. It has been fully upgraded in software such as operating systems and programming systems, structures and hardware such as robot joint modules, and top-level computing power libraries. The CS series products have been comprehensively upgraded and reformed on the basis of Elite's original EC series products. It is Elite Robot has relied on its years of experience in customer sites and integrated the real needs of most customers to create a product that can redefine collaborative robots.

In terms of products, Elite will also launch the CS+ series of self-configuring collaborative robots based on sensor fusion technology, as well as the CA series for future intelligent broad-spectrum applications.

In terms of application areas, Elite robots are mainly used in the fields of automotive parts, medical, 3C and semiconductors, new energy, metal processing, new business, etc. Specific processes include assembly, loading and unloading, testing, loading and unloading, grinding and polishing, etc., to solve customers' problems such as small batches, multiple varieties, order fluctuations, and limited installation space.

Han's Robot

Han's Robotics was founded in 2017 by the listed company Han's Laser. It was incubated on the basis of a research and development team of more than 100 people at the Han's Motor Robotics Research Institute. In 2019, a subsidiary was established in Stuttgart, Germany. The team has more than 400 members, bringing together experts in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence from 25 countries and regions.

The main products of Han's Robotics include the Elfin series of collaborative robots, the upgraded Elfin-P collaborative robot, the MAiRA multi-sensing intelligent robot assistant, the MAV multi-sensing automatic navigation vehicle, the STAR composite robot, etc.

At present, Han's Robotics has broken through and mastered the core technologies of complete key components of robots, and has obtained many technical achievements including the highest IP66 protection, integrated force-controlled visual gripper (high-speed bus), explosion-proof certification, intelligent obstacle avoidance, automatic load identification, high-performance vibration suppression, and innovative braking methods (the robot will lock directly and will not fall when encountering sudden power outages or emergency stops during operation), which are also reflected in product optimization.

SIASUN

Founded in 2014, SIASUN is the international headquarters of SIASUN Robotics Group in Shanghai. Its technology is inherited from the advanced technology of SIASUN Robotics and Shenyang Automation Institute, and it has also formed a team of high-quality talents who master core technologies. It is understood that SIASUN currently has more than 400 employees, of which R&D personnel account for more than 60%.

In order to better apply the technology to practice, SIASUN has established two major research and development institutions: the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Research Institute and the Industrial 4.0 Research Institute. As of now, SIASUN has obtained more than 250 authorized patents, including more than 80 invention patents.

With its strong technical strength, SIASUN is regarded as the "hidden champion" in the collaborative robot segment.

As of now, SIASUN has a number of industrial robot products including multi-collaborative robots, multi-mobile robots, intelligent application controllers, aerial transportation systems, and work-in-progress line warehouses. Among them, the multi-collaborative robot is SIASUN’s benchmark product.

Kelda welding robot

After years of technical accumulation, Kelda Robotics has formed a complete set of technologies for welding robot applications and industrial welding equipment with industrial robot technology and industrial welding technology as the core, and has obtained more than 100 patents. Its products are widely used in aerospace, vehicle and shipbuilding, rail transportation, engineering machinery, petrochemical, metal furniture, hardware products, medical equipment, fitness equipment and other industries.

Kelda has launched a new generation of servo systems, which are more adaptable and have better performance. The new generation of servo welding guns are smaller in size, less in interference, and more convenient to use. Its high-precision and high-dynamic response wire feeding control has a 50% increase in speed response frequency. For different materials, 40 sets of servo arc welding expert programs have been added. The servo expansion process achieves high-quality welding of aluminum alloy products and can be widely used in new energy vehicles, rail transit and other industries. It is suitable for arc additive manufacturing, with short cycle, high degree of flexibility and fast response. It is suitable for the manufacture of small batches and multiple varieties of products. At the same time, the new generation of servo systems has a wide adaptability and is suitable for robots of major domestic and foreign brands, effectively reducing the equipment upgrade costs of enterprises.

Luoshi Robot

Founded in 2015, Luoshi Robotics focuses on the research, development, production and sales of a series of products such as flexible collaborative robots and multi-joint industrial robots. Based on platform products and core technologies with independent intellectual property rights, it can quickly provide customers with products and automation solutions and other services.

The xMate CR series of Luoshi collaborative robots has evolved again. Not only has the load capacity been expanded to 20kg, but the product line has also achieved full coverage of 3kg-20kg loads. At the same time, in accordance with the path of "strengthening advantageous functional characteristics", the cost-effective SR series, high-performance CR series, scientific research ER series, and medical Med series have been quickly optimized to fully cover industrial, commercial, educational, and medical scenarios.

Based on the advanced modular electromechanical design platform and the xCore high-performance robot control system platform, Loshi has more scalability, covering the 3-20kg load of collaborative robots and the 4-80kg load of industrial robots, with a total of more than 50 models. Today, Loshi's collaborative product CR20 has been further put into full mass production, and the industrial product line continues to "go bigger". The 80kg industrial robot prototype has been offline, and the research and development of 220kg and larger load robot products is also in progress.
