In recent years, emerging information technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence have become increasingly mature and have played a huge role in all walks of life. Intelligent inspection in the distribution room scene is deeply integrated with the development and upgrading of the industry. It is also a general trend for intelligent inspection robots to replace traditional inspections. Recently, Guochen Robotics officially launched a new product based on the distribution room scene: Guochen Indoor Round Chassis Lifting Inspection Robot, which has been successfully put into use.
A round "body", a long "neck" and big "eyes". Look, Guochen's indoor round-chassis inspection robot has landed at the customer's site and is performing inspection tasks in an orderly manner in the power distribution room, carefully inspecting the cabinet appearance, switches, meters, etc. over and over again to check for safety hazards and ensure the safety of the equipment environment.
Traditional manual inspection VS intelligent robot Inspection
Large workload, long time consumption, high cost VS robot autonomous inspection, saving labor
Due to differences in inspection personnel experience, the quality of inspection results is difficult to guarantee VS standardized inspection, abnormal situations can be prevented and controlled
Manual data entry is prone to errors VS real-time data transmission and support for backtracking
Let’s take a look at what new features it has!
(1) Intelligent lifting and imaging everywhere: Equipped with a full-angle rotating inspection pan/tilt, the lifting height can be adjusted, and it is equipped with a visible light camera and a high-definition infrared thermal imaging lens to meet various inspection needs.
(2) It can rotate on the spot and the round bottom can rotate better: the rotation radius is smaller, and it has stronger narrow channel passability than other robots, and can also realize autonomous inspection in narrow spaces.
(3) Environmental monitoring, gases can also be seen: multiple sensors are integrated to monitor carbon monoxide, oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, PM2.5, noise and other environmental data in real time, and upload them to the backend terminal to generate report feedback.
(4) Real-time collaboration between terminals and synchronization of decision-making and execution: Monitoring videos and images are transmitted back to the terminal to achieve synchronization of decision-making and execution, and support functions such as real-time recording and playback.
(5) Autonomous recharging, no manual operation required: When the power level is lower than the set value, the system can automatically return to charging. When the power level is higher than the set value, the system stops charging and continues to operate without the need for human supervision.
With the development of intelligent distribution rooms, the demand for smart operation and maintenance has greatly increased. Guochen's indoor round chassis inspection robot integrates multiple technologies to help realize autonomous inspection of the entire distribution room, equipment appearance monitoring, accurate meter identification, data statistical analysis, real-time early warning, etc. It not only has the flexibility and intelligence of manual inspection, but also overcomes and makes up for some defects and shortcomings of manual inspection. It has broad development space and application prospects.
