As the most important core product in Xiangong Intelligent's product portfolio, the SRC series core controller is the most powerful brain of mobile robots, helping countless integrators to independently manufacture various types of mobile robots and enable intelligent logistics.
At the booth, the world's first AMR safety controller SRC-3000FS once again became the focus of attention. As the world's first and only controller that has passed the SGS TüV SAAR functional safety certification, its exquisite appearance is more eye-catching, and its in-depth performance analysis further demonstrates Xiangong Intelligence's technical strength.

Empowering integrators to address two major industries
There are many inherent issues that need to be addressed in the semiconductor wafer handling, packaging, testing, and warehousing links, such as inconsistency in wafer handling by multiple vehicles, poor precision, mismatched rhythms between processes, and low efficiency. The traditional 2D vision solutions used in packaging and testing are difficult to deploy and have long cycles, and there are problems with gripping safety and vibration during transportation. There are also problems with the large number and variety of materials in the warehousing link, and difficulty in system docking.
To address the above issues, Xiangong launched two semiconductor industry composite robots, SCR-DW8[C] and AMB-300XS-EM1[C], which can easily avoid the original problems by combining the multi-task stitching function of the unified resource scheduling system RDS, the 3D vision system of the AI vision algorithm application system RoboView, and the warehouse management system MWMS.
SCR-DW8[C] is equipped with SRC, which can be seamlessly connected to the Xiangong intelligent digital software system to achieve flexible multi-machine collaboration;
true laser SLAM navigation, no reflector, easy deployment;
wing-type protection, can set multi-level human approach detection;
3D obstacle avoidance, to achieve 360° comprehensive safety protection;
2D barcode recognition, 3D material box recognition, the recognition method can be selected at will to meet the needs of customers in different scenarios.
In the CNC automated processing station scenario in the 3C industry, it is usually necessary to operate 24 hours a day to meet the continuous supply and transportation needs of materials.
