1.boway 15100 New Energy Vehicle PDU Terminal Material

boway 15100 copper-zirconium alloy has excellent conductivity, up to 90% IACS, excellent stress relaxation resistance (under 180℃ high temperature application environment, more than 80% stress is still retained after 1000h testing), and the material strength can reach more than 400MPa.



In addition, the excellent formability (R/T=1, that is, in the R440 state, bending 90°, horizontal and vertical directions, the material surface is smooth and reduces contact), can meet the needs of new energy vehicle PDU terminal materials, and solve the problem of material application in high voltage and high current environments.



PDU , namely Power Distribuon Unit, connects the high voltage electrically through busbars and wiring harnesses, provides charging and discharging control, power-on control of high voltage components, overload protection, etc. for the high voltage system of new energy vehicles, and solves the problem of power operation and distribution under different power supply environments.


2. Boway 70318 small high-elastic terminal material

Boway 70318 copper-nickel-cobalt-silicon alloy has ultra-high strength and excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. Under high strength, it can still maintain excellent resistance to thermal stress relaxation (under 150° working conditions); good performance and bending performance (R/T=1.5, R840 state, 90° bending, horizontal & vertical direction test, good performance).



The material is very suitable for applications with high yield ≥ 800MPa and medium conductivity ≥ 45% IACS requirements. It can meet the requirements of miniaturization and thin design of connectors, solve the problems of insufficient terminal elasticity and small load, and is an ideal material for automotive miniaturization high-elastic terminals, springs and other applications.

3. boway 42300 automotive wiring harness terminal material

The independently developed boway 42300 environmentally friendly high-performance copper-tin-zinc alloy solves the problem of material recycling. The diversity of the chemical composition of the material is conducive to the recycling of CuNiSi alloys and strips. In particular, the stamping angle materials after electroplating can be easily recycled, promote recycling, and are environmentally friendly.

As an upgrade of phosphor bronze (CuSn4/CuSn5/CuSn6), boway 42300 has higher conductivity (30% IACS, twice that of CuSn6), better stress relaxation resistance, and good formability (R/T=1.5, R560 state, 90° bend, vertical direction, excellent material performance).




The material does not contain harmful elements. Adding an appropriate amount of zinc element not only improves the corrosion resistance of the material, but also makes the metal cost more competitive.
