Siemens 200PLC and Easy Control INSPEC software are connected to Siemens S7200 series PLC via Ethernet. Xingda Easy Control PPI-ETH-XD1.0 communication module is used to provide Ethernet communication interface for PLC. Siemens S7200 series PLC equipment informationization Easy Control INSPEC Ethernet communication, through Easy Control INSPEC software to collect real-time production and equipment data of field equipment. The controllers of the main equipment include Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron and other PLCs, and the communication method adopts Ethernet communication.

Hardware Hookup
1) Connect Xingda Easy Control PPI-ETH-XD1.0 to Siemens S7200 series PLC;
2) Connect each Xingda Easy Control PPI-ETH-XD1.0 communication module to the LAN network and connect it to the upper monitoring computer.
2. Xingda Easy Control PPI-ETH communication module parameter configuration
As shown in the figure, the module’s IP address is: 192.168.1.188, port number: 102;
3. Easy-to-control INSPEC software parameter configuration
1) Create a new channel - select "Ethernet" communication method and fill in the channel name;
2) In the configuration channel-remote node, fill in the IP address "192.168.1.188" of the Xingda Easy Control PPI-ETH Ethernet module in "IP address", fill in "102" in "IP address", click "Test" to complete the configuration;
3) Create a new device - select "Siemens S7200 Ethernet" in PLC and fill in the device name;
4) Add variables and test monitoring;
