The FP6276B is a current mode step-up DC-DC converter with PWM/PSM control. Its PWM circuitry with built-in 40mΩ high-side switch and 40mΩ low-side switch makes this regulator power efficient. The internal compensation network also minimizes the external component count to only 6. An internal 0.6V voltage is connected to the non-inverting input of the error amplifier as a precision reference voltage. A built-in soft-start function can reduce the inrush current.
