The world's first diamond quantum computing teaching machine was released in Wuxi.
It is reported that this is the first diamond quantum computing teaching machine developed by Guoyi Quantum (Hefei) Technology Co., Ltd., which can operate at room temperature in the atmosphere. It is also a quantum computing device developed by my country for the general public. It has disrupted the existing quantum computing education methods and can effectively promote the training of quantum engineers and cross-application talents.
At the end of last year, Guoyi Quantum cooperated with Huishan District and Huishan Urban Railway Station District of Wuxi City to establish the Wuxi Quantum Perception Institute, which is mainly engaged in core technology development and quantum technology industrialization research.
According to relevant experts from the Wuxi Institute of Quantum Perception, the development of the diamond quantum computing teaching machine is based on the principle of spin magnetic resonance of NV color centers. By controlling basic physical quantities such as light, electricity, and magnetism, it can realize quantum manipulation and readout of the spin of nitrogen-vacancy (NV color center) luminescent defects in diamonds, thereby teaching basic quantum computing functions such as quantum algorithms. It can be combined with physics, electronic engineering, precision instruments, etc. to offer teaching experimental courses, and can perform quantum bit demonstrations, quantum logic gate operations, quantum superposition state evolution, and classical quantum algorithm demonstrations.
It is worth mentioning that based on this product, the research and development team also designed an "overall solution for quantum computing experimental classrooms", including laboratory construction plans, which can assist schools in exploring talent training models.
