BMW's "driver-oriented" concept has become a pioneer in human-machine interaction. In 2001, BMW pioneered the concept of intelligent human-machine interaction - the BMW iDrive operating system. In 2003, BMW took the lead in introducing the head-up display innovation on airplanes to cars, becoming the world's first automaker to provide HUD head-up display. Today, the more groundbreaking BMW Panoramic Vision Bridge and the new BMW iDrive will be launched with BMW's new generation of models in 2025, using bold innovative technology to create a luxurious space full of humanity and technology.

The launch of the BMW Panoramic View Bridge is a quantum leap in head-up display technology. BMW is reshaping the future travel experience. With the "driver-oriented" design concept, the BMW Panoramic View Bridge displays important information at the bottom of the windshield with brighter light and contrast, and the road is in the driver's line of sight. The projected image has excellent clarity and color performance, making driving more pleasant and comfortable.

It is not only a technological leap, but also a reinterpretation of BMW's core concept of "driver-oriented". The BMW Panoramic Bridge is combined with an elegant central display and a new multi-function steering wheel. The layered design guides the "sight forward" and makes the interaction between people and cars smooth and natural. The multi-screen linkage is seamlessly connected to create an immersive and personalized user experience. Users can customize the Panoramic Bridge through the touch buttons on the steering wheel and the central display.

Drivers are the priority, and everything you see is the best view. Adhering to the "driver-oriented" design concept, the vehicle's central display screen adopts a more innovative irregular shape for the first time, and is optimized according to the driver's line of sight to ensure that the screen presents the best view for the driver and keeps the "line of sight forward". At the same time, the distance from the steering wheel to the display screen is shortened as much as possible to make touch operation easier. The new multi-function steering wheel also uses the innovative hardware technology of "active tactile feedback" for the first time. The driver can control the display content of the BMW 3D head-up display system and the panoramic view bridge through the interactive area on the multi-function steering wheel.

The BMW Group will start production of new-generation models from the second half of 2025. The revolutionary breakthroughs of BMW's new-generation models demonstrate BMW's ability to look ahead to and create the future.
