According to the intelligent driving configuration data analysis of Gasgoo Automotive Research Institute, the deployment of intelligent driving domain control solutions has begun to accelerate, with the highest monthly penetration rate exceeding 15%. In the future, with the popularization of high-end intelligent driving functions and the platform promotion of hardware, the domain control market will usher in a new round of explosive growth.
At present, the intelligent driving domain control market is dominated by the driving and parking integrated domain control type, accounting for as high as 84.4%. It is expected that starting from 2025, the cabin-driving integrated solution will be accelerated and gradually become the mainstream of domain control types. In addition, among the models equipped with intelligent driving domain control as standard, 52.8% of the models are equipped with the navigation assist (NOA) function as standard, and 34.1% of the models support the NOA function through software payment, which shows that the installation of intelligent driving domain control is closely related to the installation of NOA function.
From the ranking of brands with standard intelligent driving domain control from January to August 2024, Tesla ranks first with a brand share of 22.5%, leading the market; Ideal, Wenjie, Weilai, and Zeekr are in the top five, and Xiaopeng, Leapmotor, Mercedes-Benz, Xiaomi, and BYD are in the top ten. From the ranking of models with standard intelligent driving domain control from January to August 2024, Mdel Y ranks first with 294,361 sets of installations, Wenjie M7 ranks second with 118,446 sets of installations, and Model 3 ranks third with 99,746 sets of installations.
