According to foreign media reports, at the Las Vegas Modified Auto Parts Show (SEMA) held from November 5 to 8, OPTIMA Batteries, a leading brand under CLARIOS, launched its new OPTIMA ORANGETOP QH6 lithium battery. The new OPTIMA ORANGETOP QH6 redefines the performance of lithium batteries, has a cold starting power that exceeds various standard H6s, and can withstand extreme temperatures; compared with similar lithium batteries, its performance and durability have been improved, and its weight has been reduced.

The new QH6 is a four-terminal, 45 Ah battery with 880 A cranking power and weighs 19.8 lbs. It includes many of the features OPTIMA Batteries is known for, including OPTIMA CPR built-in fast start, POWERLINK and the integrated OPTIMA Batteries Bluetooth app.

OPTIMA CPR automatically disconnects before the battery is depleted and retains enough power to start the vehicle. Bluetooth monitoring via the OPTIMA Batteries app allows for simple activation of OPTIMA CPR to keep you informed of the cell and battery state of charge, overall health, cycles and usage, current flow, internal temperature and the alert function of the Battery Management System (BMS). The BMS system is an advanced microprocessor that automatically controls and monitors all functions, providing a balanced state of charge for improved performance and extended life.

Additionally, the QH6 is designed for harsh conditions, with the ability to withstand extreme cold (down to -20 degrees Fahrenheit) and heat (up to 167 degrees Fahrenheit). OPTIMA Batteries has also tested the ORANGETOP lithium technology in extreme motorsports conditions from the deserts of Baja to the summit of Pikes Peak, demonstrating that the QH6 and all OPTIMA batteries are extremely resistant to vibration and harsh use conditions. Kris and the OPTIMA Battery team continue to refine this technology and adapt it to different vehicle types and drivers.
