On August 30, GAC Aion officially released a supercharging technology called "Super-speed Battery Technology and A480 Supercharging Pile".
The battery charging principle of this technology is that lithium ions start from the positive electrode, pass through the diaphragm and electrolyte to the negative electrode, including three processes: extraction, migration, and embedding. The more lithium ions migrate and embed per unit time, the faster the charging speed. Injecting a new low-viscosity, high-power electrolyte and adding a new three-dimensional graphene conductive agent further accelerates the movement of electrons and achieves a maximum current charging speed of 6 times.
The A480 supercharging pile has the world's highest charging power of 480kW, with a peak power of up to 1000V and a current of 600A, making it the power king of charging piles today. The A480 supercharging pile adopts multi-dimensional protection and has passed 112 national standard verifications such as overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and overtemperature protection. It has safe performance and worry-free charging. The A480 uses a more advanced lightweight liquid-cooled cable, which is more flexible, light and convenient to use. In addition, the A480 supercharging pile is also unique in its shape. The pile body is based on the first letter A of Aion, and innovatively incorporates the "water drop" element, which is more spatial and agile. The A480 supercharging pile can be equipped with flexible charging through cloud-based intelligent scheduling according to the battery BMS, power grid and charging pile environment.
The editor concludes: At present, domestic charging technology has reached the top level internationally. The future will depend on the specific infrastructure layout. I believe that our country will always become the world's number one electric vehicle country!
