【TGF4042 Signal Generator】+ Noise Test [Copy link]

TGF4042 has the function of a noise generator. The manual states that its noise bandwidth is 62.5MHZ

Set the function generator to noise mode and set it to 200mvPP

Observe the noise and spectrum... Using an oscilloscope to measure this is not very professional

When debugging analog filter circuits, a noisy signal source is usually required to simulate the real environment. Use an arbitrary function generator to edit a noisy sine wave.

The arbitrary waveform editor is very easy to use. The only drawback is that each time you download a waveform to the function generator, you have to restart the function generator for it to take effect.

The actual waveform is a 10KHz, 0.1Vpp sine wave with 1Vpp white noise

Passing the signal through a 30KHz low-pass filter, it can be seen that it is a 10KHz signal with noise.
