II. Main Tasks

(1) Accelerate resource development and lay a solid foundation for industrial development.

Under the premise of ensuring absolute safety, actively and orderly promote the development and construction of nuclear power plant sites such as Haiyang, Rongcheng, and Zhaoyuan, promote the large-scale development of independent advanced nuclear power reactors of the third generation and above, and create a nuclear power base of tens of millions of kilowatts on the Jiaodong Peninsula.
