1. Overview of parking locks
With parking spaces becoming increasingly scarce, how to prevent private parking spaces from being occupied by others is a headache. A new type of parking lock that has been launched recently not only effectively solves this problem, but also has an anti-theft effect on vehicles, and is deeply loved by car owners. Special parking locks can effectively and politely prevent other vehicles from occupying special parking spaces: when the car arrives near the parking space, open the parking lock to park the car in the parking space; when the car leaves, lock the parking lock to prevent other vehicles from occupying the parking space; if the car is parked in the parking space, lock the parking lock, which can also play a role in vehicle anti-theft. At the same time, increasing the management of parking locks can improve the parking lot and facilitate the management of the parking lot.
According to the control method, parking locks can be divided into manual parking locks, remote control parking locks and automatic sensing parking locks. Manual parking locks can be opened or closed by a special key; remote control parking locks can be controlled to rise or fall within a range of 20 meters by a handheld wireless remote control; automatic sensing parking locks are divided into wireless radio frequency sensing and Bluetooth automatic sensing. When the owner's car is within 20 meters of the parking lock, the parking lock automatically unlocks and falls, and when the owner's car is 20 meters away, the parking lock automatically rises and locks.
2. Wireless automatic induction parking lock
The wireless automatic induction parking lock is the first wireless automatic induction parking lock launched in China based on our company's years of product development experience and cooperation with a well-known domestic parking lock company. The parking lock automatically senses the location of the vehicle and realizes the function of "locking when the car arrives and closing when the car leaves", completely eliminating the need for manual operation. It also avoids the phenomenon that the owner forgets to raise the parking lock when leaving, ensuring that there is no risk of failure. While we enjoy the ease brought by high technology, we also avoid the high cost brought by the use of Bluetooth induction.
1. Working principle:
The automatic induction parking lock is a car that uses radio frequency identification technology, referred to as RFID. The user is equipped with an electronic tag card. When the vehicle arrives at the parking space, the parking lock receiver will automatically identify the ID number emitted from the electronic tag card. The parking lock automatically descends through information processing. The vehicle enters the parking space at this time. When the car leaves, if the ID number transmitted by the electronic tag card is not received, the parking lock automatically rises, which can effectively prevent other vehicles from occupying the parking space.
2. Product features
A. Function:
The automatic induction parking lock can effectively and politely prevent other vehicles from occupying the dedicated parking space. When the owner's car arrives near the parking space, the parking lock automatically drops and the car can park in the parking space; when the owner's car leaves, the parking lock automatically rises to prevent other vehicles from occupying the parking space.
B. Features:
Automatically sense the vehicle, easy to use;
Intelligent coding technology, no mutual interference, practical and reliable;
Automatically descend when ascent is blocked;
Low voltage alarm, over current alarm and other functions;
It also has general waterproof function, simple installation and low failure rate.
3. Main performance parameters of the product
Working environment: -20~55℃;
Protection grade: IP65, spray-proof;
Working power supply: DC6V;
Power usage time: 30-50 days
Automatic sensing distance: 20-30 meters;
Ascending and descending time: 6 seconds;
4. How to install and use the product
A. After opening the package, connect the battery plug to the control panel plug and fix them; in about 12 seconds, the parking lock will automatically rise or fall (depending on the location of the electronic tag); the parking lock must not be installed in a low-lying area or where there is water accumulation.
B. According to the specific situation (depending on the size of the parking space), select the installation location so that it does not hinder other vehicles from reversing after installation, and drill a 14mm bottom hole on the floor at the corresponding hole position of the parking lock base.
C. Install M10mm expansion screws in the ground hole, put the parking lock, tighten the nuts, and spray the screws with black oil. At this point, the installation is complete;
5. Instructions for use
A. After installation, it can be put into normal use immediately.
B. The electronic tag needs to be mounted on the rearview mirror inside the car with a wire.
C. When there is no car in the parking space, the parking lock should be in the raised position.
D. When the car arrives within the effective receiving range near the parking space, you should wait for the parking lock to drop to the lowest position before parking the car in the parking space.
6. Daily care and maintenance
A. Simple structure and low failure rate are the main features of this parking lock.
B. When the movement of the parking lock slows down and is significantly lower than before, it means the battery needs to be charged (there is a low voltage alarm).
C. Keep the area around the parking lock clean. No granular impurities should be present in the base. Oil the moving parts of the parking lock once every six months.
7. Notes
A. When the parking lock is rising or falling, no external objects or forces shall hinder its movement.
B. The parking lock rises and falls in 4-6 seconds. When the battery voltage drops, the time will be slightly delayed. If it has not reached the highest or lowest position in 10 seconds, it means that the battery needs to be charged.
C. When cleaning the parking lock, do not rinse the inside of the parking lock directly with water.
D. It is best to use timed charging for the battery, which can extend the battery life by more than 4 years (charge once every 30-50 days, depending on the frequency of use).
3. Introduction to other types of parking locks
The parking locks that have emerged in recent years have quickly gone through several generations of product forms. The following are the forms that are still used in the market:
1. Manual parking lock
Insert the special parking lock key into the keyhole, turn the key, the parking lock arm will automatically fall down and lay flat, take out the parking key, and drive the vehicle into the parking space. After the vehicle leaves the parking space, lift the parking lock arm to a vertical state, and the parking lock will automatically lock.
The characteristics of this parking lock are: low price, low grade, and manual operation is required.
2. Remote control parking lock
When the car owner arrives (or leaves) within 20 meters of the parking space, he only needs to press the button of the special remote control to realize the parking space controller to be leveled (or raised). In special cases, it can also be opened manually with a special key.
The characteristics of this parking lock are: the wireless remote control replaces manual labor, and the use has become very easy.
3. Automatic induction parking lock
There are two types of inductive parking locks: wireless automatic inductive parking locks and Bluetooth automatic inductive parking locks. When the owner's car approaches the parking lock, the parking lock automatically descends; when the owner's car moves away from the parking lock, the parking lock automatically rises.
The characteristics of the automatic induction parking lock are: fully automatic lifting mode, completely replacing manual operation, improving the grade, and making life easier and more enjoyable.
Wireless automatic induction parking locks are low-cost and suitable for large-scale promotion and use;
Bluetooth automatic sensing parking locks are more expensive and consume more power.
