As shown in Figure A, it is a multivibrator circuit composed of CMOS NAND gates. It consists of two inverters, a resistor and a capacitor. Figure B is its waveform. In the figure, when waveform (1) jumps positively at the output of inverter F2, capacitor C immediately makes F1 input "1" and output "0". Resistor R is the capacitance of capacitor C.
