By using the Zener breakdown characteristics of the voltage regulator tube, a high-frequency signal with a frequency of hundreds of megahertz can be obtained. The circuit is shown in the figure. The signal taken out from the output terminal V01 is a single frequency signal, which can be used to adjust the resonant frequency in the tuning circuit.
