Currently, LCD splicing screens are popular products in the display field. I believe that most users are familiar with Samsung's latest 7.3mm ultra-narrow-bezel LCD splicing screen. However, when it comes to the 7.3mm ultra-narrow-bezel splicing screen, there are 700cd/m2 and 450cd/m2. Most people may be confused.

The brightness of the LCD splicing screen is determined by the LCD panel. At present, the panels of LCD splicing screens cannot be produced in China. The first LCD panel production line put into production in China last year, BOE's 6.5-generation line, can only cut LCD panels below 37 inches for small-sized LCD TVs and computer monitors. So no matter which manufacturer you choose to produce the LCD splicing screen, as long as the other party uses Samsung's LCD panel, the hard parameters such as brightness and contrast are unchangeable. So before choosing, you must buy LCD splicing screens of different brightness according to your needs.

700cd/m2 LCD splicing screen VS 450 cd/m2 LCD splicing screen

At present, there is no essential difference between the LCD splicing screens using Samsung LTI460AA04 (700cd/m2) and LTI460AA05 (450 cd/m2) LCD panels in terms of their main applications. However, due to different requirements for large screen brightness in different application environments, the two products have slight differences in specific applications.

Generally speaking, human eyes have a limited tolerance for brightness. If the brightness reaches 700cd/m2 in a small space with poor lighting, human eyes may be burned; however, if the brightness of the display is 450cd/m2 in a large outdoor space with bright lighting, such as a square or street, the image will be blurry to humans. Therefore, the author recommends that users should choose products based on their actual application environment. LTI460AA05 is more suitable for places with poor lighting and limited space, while LTI460AA04 is preferred for wide spaces with sufficient lighting.

In addition, for ultra-narrow LCD splicing screens, the suitable working temperature is within 39 degrees Celsius, and the controllable area reaches the maximum when the relative humidity is 90%, which is the best working state. The higher the brightness of the LCD splicing wall, the more heat it emits. If the heat dissipation is not in place, the display effect will be greatly reduced at the least, and the LCD splicing wall will be damaged in severe cases, affecting its service life. As for users, they should consider their actual operating capabilities when choosing products.
