Linear's LTC5583 is a matched dual-channel 6GHz RMS power detector that can measure two AC signals with a dynamic range from -59dBm to 4dBm, a frequency range from 40MHz to 6GHz, and an accuracy of ±0.5dB over the entire temperature range. The matching output of the two channels is less than 1.25dB, and the response time is fast, with a rise time of 140ns. It is mainly used in VSWR monitors, MIMO transmit power control, base station power amplifier control, transmit and receive gain control, and RF instruments.
