Principle of electrochemical sensor: Chemical sensor mainly consists of two parts: recognition system; conduction or conversion system. The recognition system connects a chemical parameter (usually concentration) of the analyte to the conduction system. It mainly has two functions: selectively reacting with the analyte and converting the measured chemical parameter into a signal that the conduction system can respond to. The molecular recognition system is the key factor that determines the entire chemical sensor. Therefore, the main problem of chemical sensor research is the selection of molecular recognition system and how to connect the molecular recognition system with the appropriate conduction system. The conduction system of the chemical sensor receives the response signal of the recognition system, and transmits the response signal in the form of voltage, current or light intensity changes through electrodes, optical fibers or mass sensitive elements to the electronic system for amplification or conversion output, and finally converts the response signal of the recognition system into a signal that people can use for analysis and detect the amount of the analyte in the sample.
