The naming of chip resistors
The chip resistors have ±1%, ±2%, ±5%, and ±10% accuracy. The most commonly used are ±1% and ±5%.
The ±5% accuracy is usually expressed in three digits. For example, 512, the first two digits are valid digits, and the third digit 2 indicates how many zeros there are. The basic unit is Ω, so it is 5100 ohms, 1000Ω=1KΩ, 1000000Ω=1MΩ.
In order to distinguish ±5% and ±1% resistors, the ±1% resistors are usually expressed in 4 digits.
The first three digits indicate valid digits, and the fourth digit indicates how many zeros there are. 4531 is 4530Ω, which is equal to 4.53KΩ

capacitance

For example, the domestic model CC3216 CH 151 K 101 WT
CC3216--CC chip capacitor, 3216 is 3.2mm long and 1.6mm wide CH-temperature characteristics 151--capacitance 15*10 to the power of 150Pf K--error 101--voltage resistance 10*10 to the power of 100V WT--packaging (probably refers to packaging materials)
