Preface
When playing with STM8S, I checked the information and found that the firmware library file name of STM8S is STSW-STM8069.
Suppose the STM8S firmware library documentation is updated in the future and is not called this name. If I want to check the STM8S firmware library myself, how should I check it?
I tried to browse the ST official website and found it. In addition to the STM8S firmware library, there may be other application notes related to this MCU. If you find it useful, you can learn it together.

Browse http://www.st.com and log in with your own ID.
On the page above, all STM8 related software are listed. You can click the "Supported Devices" checkbox on the left panel, uncheck it, then check it again. The page will prompt that the number of documents is 62. Because I am not familiar with it, I can only click "Next page" to view them one by one.
There is a bug in the implementation of the selection button on the ST page. If you only select STM8S, the STM8S firmware library will not be listed. So if you are not familiar with it, it is still helpful to flip through it page by page. You may see some documents that interest you.
With the ST page selected by default, when using the Chrome browser, you can press CTRL + F to find the content you are interested in on the current page. For example,
keep scrolling for "library". When you reach a new page, press CTRL + F to search for the keyword "library". When you scroll to page 6, you will find "STM8S/A Standard peripheral library" with the document number "STSW-STM8069".
When looking for information on something you are not familiar with, it is helpful to flip through it page by page (unless there is too much information and you cannot flip through it all), so that you can see other related good things.
This manual search method is also applicable to libraries and documents corresponding to other ST MCUs.
