The computer can be pre-installed with an ST Visual Programmer that directly comes with the STLink driver or an STM32 ST-Link Uitilty
Then select Self-installation
Click Next
In the dialog box that pops up, select "Continue Anyway"
Click Finish and the installation is complete! Return to the desktop and right-click -> My Computer -> Properties -> Hardware -> Device Manager
