The available downloading methods are: ISP serial port downloading, JTAG downloading, and SWD downloading.
ISP serial port download:
BOOT0=1, BOOT1=0, use the serial port to download the program.
JTAG Downloads:
BOOT0=0, BOOT1=0, use JTAG interface to download, use more IO.
SWD Download:
BOOT0=0, BOOT1=0, use SWD to download, occupy less IO (2 IO).
Download Instructions:
ISP download uses MCUISP software download. It is best to reset the STM32 before downloading the program, or click download programming in the software first, and then press the reset button.
However, after ISP download, pressing the reset button of STM32 cannot reset STM32. If you want to reset the STM32 system, change the settings of BOOT0 and BOOT1 as follows: BOOT0=0, BOOT1=0. This is the only way to reset STM32.
In addition, when using JLINK to download the program to STM32, although debug can be used, the JTAG method occupies more IO, and SWD also occupies 2 IO. Various problems occur when downloading the program, and the configuration must be re-downloaded before the program can be downloaded.
It is recommended to use the ISP serial port download method. If you want to reset it later, just change the BOOT0 and BOOT1 settings to reset the STM32 system.
When MCUISP cannot download the program, you can open the serial port debugging assistant, open the serial port and then close the serial port to solve this problem.
