System reset:
After a system reset occurs, all register values are set to their reset values, except for the reset flag in the clock register CSR and the register values in the backup domain. Any of the following events will trigger a system reset:
1. There is a low level on the NRST pin (external reset);
2. The window watchdog counter reaches the end of the count (WWDG reset);
3. The independent watchdog counter reaches the end of its count (IWDG reset);
4. Software reset (SW reset);
5. Low power management reset.
