STM32 reset can be divided into three types: system reset, power reset, and backup domain reset.

System reset:

After a system reset occurs, all register values ​​are set to their reset values, except for the reset flag in the clock register CSR and the register values ​​in the backup domain. Any of the following events will trigger a system reset:

1. There is a low level on the NRST pin (external reset);

2. The window watchdog counter reaches the end of the count (WWDG reset);

3. The independent watchdog counter reaches the end of its count (IWDG reset);

4. Software reset (SW reset);

5. Low power management reset.
