Mouser Electronics, an electronic component distributor that focuses on introducing new products to promote industry innovation, announced the successful conclusion of the "First Mouser Electronics Original Development Board Design Competition". This competition, held by Mouser Electronics for domestic hardware developers in collaboration with internationally renowned manufacturers such as Analog Devices, Maxim Semiconductor, Microchip Technology, ON Semiconductor, Rohm Semiconductor, and Texas Instruments, attracted more than 300 teams of contestants to sign up. After the preliminary selection, 100 teams were shortlisted. In the end, the judges conducted a comprehensive consideration of creativity, technology, functionality, mass production feasibility, and completion, and finally selected 7 teams of contestants with both creativity and high practical value. The first prize (1 team), second prize (2 teams), third prize (3 teams) and creativity award (1 team) were born.
Just as Mouser Electronics used the competition to "find development boards that understand users and have soul" to allow more local hardware developers to fully demonstrate their strength, this competition provides a good open environment for all contestants, and contestants can freely choose the devices recommended by the competition to realize creative projects. Among all the original works submitted by the contestants, there are both educational and educational development that combines education with fun, and simulation designs used for observation and exploration, which are in line with the fields of Internet of Things, wearable devices, consumer electronics, industrial electronics, smart manufacturing, etc., and can be applied to many aspects of learning, life and work.
Ms. Tian Jiping, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Asia Pacific at Mouser Electronics, said: "In this competition, the contestants performed very well and designed many interesting and practical development boards that can be applied to all aspects of our lives. This not only shows me the strong strength and innovative design capabilities of local developers, but also makes me confident in the future vigorous development of the domestic embedded industry. In recent years, Mouser Electronics has been insisting on holding various creative competitions to contribute to the cultivation of innovative talents, promote the pace of the industry, and constantly inspire our company to innovate and develop. Finally, I would like to congratulate the winners of this competition, thank them for their creative development boards, and look forward to more outstanding works in future competitions."
