The Display Computing – CRYSTAL product line of Cincoze, a rugged embedded computer brand, is designed for HMI applications in a variety of harsh environments. It includes three series : industrial tablets suitable for harsh indoor environments, sunlight-readable tablets that meet outdoor high-brightness requirements, and open-frame tablets that integrate seamlessly with equipment cabinets. The entire series not only has industrial-grade rugged protection and complies with many international standards, but also provides nearly 100 specifications from computing performance, screen size, display ratio to touch mode, providing a complete HMI application solution.
Industrial tablet computer for smart manufacturing HMI applications
Cincoze Industrial Panel PC (CV-100/P Series) is recommended for HMI applications such as on-site machine operation monitoring, material planning management, and plant temperature and humidity control, which helps to realize smart factories and enhance market competitiveness. This series can choose Intel® Atom®, Pentium® or Core™ processors according to application requirements, and provides a rich I/O interface to connect with other devices for data display and analysis. The task of transmitting data to the control center can be easily achieved by adding wireless communication transmission modules through its excellent expandability (such as Mini PCIe or M.2 Key E). In addition, the diverse and complete screen selection is one of the key factors that Cincoze is favored by customers. The size ranges from 8.4" to 24", the display ratio ranges from 4:3 to 16:9, and P-CAP and resistive touch modes are provided. In addition to high ruggedness, it also has industrial-grade protection such as wide temperature (-20°C~70°C), wide voltage (9~48VDC), overvoltage, overcurrent, electrostatic protection (ESD), etc., to ensure stable operation in industrial environments.
Ideal for outdoor high-brightness environments—Sunlight-readable tablets
Aiming to solve the pain point of screen reading in sunlight, Cincoze's sunlight-readable industrial tablet computer (CS-100/P series) has a high-brightness backlight display of up to 1800 nits and a backlight life of 50,000 hours, making the screen content clearly visible. In addition to multiple screen specifications, its excellent rugged design and high stability are particularly suitable for outdoor environments, making it an ideal solution for various outdoor HMI applications (such as interactive information stations, charging stations, ticket vending machines, etc.). The entire series of front panels are IP65 waterproof and dustproof, anti-collision aluminum alloy frames and 7H hardness touch surfaces, support wide temperature operation (-20°C~70°C), and have passed or complied with multiple international certifications and standards, including UL safety certification, vibration/shock resistance standards (IEC 60068-2-27/64), sinusoidal vibration tests (IEC60068-2-6), and EMC test standards (EN61000-6-2/4), which are key factors for long-term mission execution in harsh outdoor environments and robustness and reliability.
Easy installation and adaptability to various equipment cabinets—open frame tablet
The open-frame tablet computer (CO-100/P series) developed by Cincoze specifically for equipment manufacturers has an adjustable patented design (patent number: D224544, D224545, I802427), with multi-stage scale adjustment and various locking methods (Panel Type/Boss Type/Self-tapping Type). This design can not only easily adapt to cabinet shells of various materials and thicknesses, but also greatly simplify the installation process. It is suitable for full-plane and standard installation, ensuring high consistency with the appearance of the equipment. Different from traditional open-frame tablet computers, Cincoze's innovative integrated architecture design integrates the structure, components and cables into the product body, which not only significantly reduces the customization range when integrating with the equipment, but also improves deployment efficiency and reduces maintenance costs. In addition to continuing the consistent rugged design of Cincoze tablet computers, through the patented CDS technology (patent number: M482908), when the tablet computer needs to be repaired, customers only need to replace a single component (screen or computer), which can be plug-and-play, significantly shortening downtime and reducing maintenance costs.
