With the rapid development of the automotive industry, the performance and efficiency of vehicle air conditioning systems have received increasing attention. As the core part of the air conditioning system, the vehicle air conditioning compressor plays an indispensable role. It is composed of Dalianda Shiping based on Qixin Micro FC4150 MCU, NXP FS2600 power management chip, onsemi NFVA35065L32-D IPM module and SGMICRO SGM8557H-1AQ automotive grade operational amplifier chip. The vehicle air conditioning compressor drive solution has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection, and is an ideal choice for new energy vehicle air conditioning systems.
In the selection of microcontroller, this solution uses the FC4150 32-bit MCU of Qixin Micro, which is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 core design. The maximum operating frequency can reach 150MHz and has built-in high-speed memory. Rich I/O ports and various peripherals.
In the motor drive part, the plan uses an IPM integrated pre-driver and 6 IGBT tubes for electronic commutation control of the motor. The core chip uses onsemi's NFVA35065L32-D. The chip has three built-in high-speed half-bridge high-voltage gate drive circuits, integrates (650V/50A) low-loss IGBT tubes, supports up to 20KHz PWM, and also provides under-voltage lockout, over-current lockout, driver and integrated circuit Multiple module protection functions such as temperature monitoring and fault reporting provide excellent performance for automotive motor applications.
For the low-voltage power supply part, this solution uses NXP's functionally safe power management chip FS2600. This chip has multiple BUCK, BOOST outputs and LDO regulators, which can provide MCU, SENSOR, peripheral IC and communication interfaces. powered by. FS2600B has rich monitoring and diagnostic functions. When the system is running, FS2600 communicates with FC4150 through SPI, which can provide potential fault monitoring and greatly enhance the safety features of the system.
For the operational amplifier part, the plan uses SGMICRO's SGM8557H-1AQ chip to complete the current sampling of the bottom side tube of the IPM. SGM8557H-1AQ complies with AEC-Q100 Level 1 certification and can meet the stringent requirements of the automotive environment.

In addition to rich hardware support, this solution uses Shiping's Sensorless FOC dual-resistance sampling software library architecture in software, and uses the onboard potentiometer to rotate the motor. And the dual-loop control of current loop and acceleration loop is adopted to make the system operation more stable.
Core technical advantages:
The MCU is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core, with a main frequency of 150MHz, built-in 96MHz high-speed oscillator, 512KB Flash, 128KB SRAM and a 12-bit ADC with a sampling rate of 1MSPS;
Using Cache & FPU operation, the FOC algorithm can be processed within 10μs, greatly reducing MCU resource usage;
Use IPM with built-in comparator to implement current protection;
The IPM has a built-in 650V/50A IGBT to meet the high-power application of the compressor and retain redundancy;
Use FS2600 SBC to enhance system security redundancy.
