4. Check the oil level. For pumps with oil cups, pay attention to see whether the oil level in the oil cup is within the normal range.
5. Check the pressure to see if the outlet pressure is within the normal process range.
6. For pumps with bearing cooling water, check whether the amount of cooling water is normal.
7. Check for vibration, mainly to check whether the anchor bolts are loose.
8. Special reminder: It is strictly forbidden to wear gloves when operating and inspecting operating equipment!
9. Centrifugal pumps generally require water for sealing. Don’t forget to check the inlet and outlet of the sealing water! Without water, the seal will burn!
For patrol inspection, the main inspections should be:
1. Import the liquid level of the storage tank to prevent the material from being evacuated;
2. The pump outlet pressure or flow is within the index range;
3. The flow rate of end-face slit fluid (if any);
4. Leakage of the pump body;
5. There is no abnormal sound or vibration in the pump body and bearings;
6. The integrity of the lubricating oil system
7. For mechanical seals using flushing fluid and sealing fluid, check the pressure and flow rate. If there is no flow meter, it should be judged whether it is smooth.
8. If there is cooling liquid in the packing, its pressure should be checked;
9. Check the oil seal leakage of the bearing box.
10. Check the motor current
These inspections may not be effective within three to five days, but after a long time, by comparing and analyzing the data, you will know the operating status and expected life of the pump.
If you do regular inspections, then there is something wrong. You can feel it without even walking up to it. It’s the sound and smell! Ensuring safety is the most important thing. During inspections, if there are enough people, it is best to work together. In winter, you should also pay attention to saving energy and reducing consumption. Do not turn on the fire steam too much. It is OK if it does not freeze!
11. Precautions for inspection outside the device
