In response to the wide application of rectifiers in industrial, commercial, automotive and household equipment, PANJIT actively launched two optimized 1600V general-purpose rectifiers (PGR6016PT/PGR9016PT), with a current of up to 60A/90A, which stand out with their superior performance, provide excellent performance on ORing Diode circuits, and have high efficiency and low loss characteristics . Since the charging pile will have several charging modules connected in parallel for output power supply, this ensures that when one of the power supplies fails, the other power supplies will still operate normally.
This design has the ability to withstand high voltage and surge current, and is encapsulated in a TO-247AD-2LM package, using glass passivated wafer bonding to provide robust reliability. In addition, it can withstand soldering temperatures up to 265°C to ensure durability under extreme conditions. Most importantly, PANJIT's products use green materials that comply with IEC 61249 and EU RoHS 2.0 standards to implement environmental protection and sustainable development.
These two new universal rectifiers have a wide range of applications, including power supplies, converters in charging piles, and power equipment, and can effectively achieve the best rectification effect. In addition, in consumer electronic products, they can also be used as flywheel diodes to reduce the surge voltage generated when the power is switched on and off, so that the current can be smoothed and the risk of damage to other components can be reduced.
