China's high-power IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor) module products have been localized! This not only breaks the situation that China has long relied on imports for high-end IGBT modules, but is also the first high-voltage, high-power power electronic core device in China that truly has completely independent intellectual property rights based on reverse innovation. In order to develop China's IGBT modules, Shenzhen Federal Technology Reverse Technology Research Center has long implemented the research on serialized IGBT module PCB copy boards and on-board chip decryption based on the international cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements, and reversely innovated the design based on the technical advantages of similar products at home and abroad, and secondary developed and upgraded products.
IGBT module important applications and project micro-innovation
As a key core component of automatic control and power conversion, IGBT can effectively improve electricity efficiency and quality, save more than 30% of energy, and is widely used in smart grids, electric vehicles, new energy power generation, and industrial control. Moreover, high-power IGBT modules are essential components for high-speed EMUs and high- power electric locomotives. This year, Federal Technology Company has many projects under development in the fields of PCB copying such as power equipment, automotive electronics, industrial control equipment, and high-speed rail components, among which high-power IGBT modules are its key research objects. Through reverse innovation of PCB copying of IGBT key spare parts, our company has achieved excellent results in micro-innovation of overall project development.
Realize high power IGBT copy board and reverse design
PCB copying is also called circuit board copying. It is an emerging industry that has gradually emerged with the application and development of reverse engineering in domestic intellectual property rights. It can reverse disassemble to break the monopoly of foreign high-end technology and realize 1:1 restoration of product PCB files, BOM lists, schematics and other technical production files. At present, Federal Technology has realized the PCB copying and reverse design development of high-power IGBT modules: established PCB file management and quality management; computer-aided reconstruction of PCB design wiring diagrams, including reasonable design of compact internal structure of modules, symmetrical DBC substrate layout, optimized heat dissipation of chip placement, and reasonable direction of main electrode terminals to reduce stray inductance; at the same time, it has solved a series of technical problems such as electromagnetic compatibility, multi-chip parallel matching, multi-chip parallel current sharing, and module insulation. After more than a dozen processes such as chip decryption, primary welding, bonding, secondary welding, routine and type testing, it has achieved a major breakthrough in the industrialization of high-end IGBT devices in China.
IGBT design, manufacturing and packaging "one-stop" service
Federal Technology's IGBT chip decryption and circuit board copying devices are all domestically researched and produced, because Federal Technology not only has a reverse engineering laboratory, but also has an ISO dual-software certified 300,000-level dust-free wafer manufacturing plant, which can provide a "one-stop" service for R&D, design, manufacturing and packaging. The product quality and technicality can reach the international advanced level, and the one-stop material procurement, wafer foundry, OEM, ODM, SMT foundry and material, etc., make the overall manufacturing cost lower than foreign imported products. I believe that in the next stage, Federal Technology will have more exciting PCB copying innovative applications, which is worth looking forward to!
