July 10, 2023, in Clacton-on-Sea, UK. British company Pickering, a global supplier of modular signal switches and simulation solutions for electronic testing and verification, will launch the 2023 Munich Shanghai Electronics Show at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center from July 11-13, 2023. New modular signal switches and simulation products for electronic test and verification . As a wholly-owned subsidiary of the British Pickering Group and a switch expert in the field of automatic testing, the experts of Pinying Instruments (Beijing) Co., Ltd. look forward to your visit, exchange and guidance at booth C136, Hall 6.2, of the 2023 Munich Shanghai Electronics Show.
Munich Shanghai Electronics Show is an important event in the industry. In recent years, the exhibition has transformed into e-Planet and has become an innovation platform leading future electronic technology. Semiconductors, sensors, connectors and power supplies form the core of Planet e, building its landscapes, cities and streets. The innovative nature of ePlanet helps people more intuitively understand the driving force behind the development of the electronic world. On e Planet, visitors and exhibitors are its residents. They can easily communicate at any time and jointly witness the development trend of the global electronics industry.
Our main exhibits at this exhibition include: dual SP6T 18 GHz 50Ω SMA fault protection PXI/PXIe microwave multiplexer switch 40-785C series, 6-channel 1 kV isolated PXI/PXIe battery simulator module 41-752A series, PXI LVDT/RVDT/Resolver simulation module 41-670 series, 8-channel PXI isolated high-density thermocouple simulation module 41-761 series, 4-slot PXI BRIC matrix 40-562 series, 2Ω to 6.97kΩ 4-channel PCI high-precision resistor module 50 -297 series and new RF switch modules based on MEMS (microelectromechanical systems).
The 40-785C Series are power-down-resettable SP6T 18 GHz unterminated microwave multiplex switches. The 40/42-785C series multiplex switches are available in single or double groups, SP6T or SP4T configurations, and the relays are front panel mounted . A remotely mounted version is also available, supporting up to three sets of multiplex switches in a single slot.
Targeted at electric vehicle, automotive, aerospace, energy storage and electric aircraft applications, the new 41-752A series of PXI battery simulator modules occupy only one PXI slot. The 6-channel battery simulator can output up to 7V and 300mA per channel. The channels are fully isolated from ground and between channels, allowing series connections to simulate cells in a stacked configuration. The high isolation voltage of 750 V or 1 kV (depending on version) allows the module to be used as a lower-power version of the battery pack, for example to simulate the characteristics of a vehicle power pack. The 41-752A Series can be combined with our other PXI switching and simulation modules, including high voltage switching, fault injection, thermocouple simulation, RTD simulation, and with other vendors’ PXI modules such as CAN bus interfaces to create Highly flexible BMS test system.
The 41-670 Series is used to simulate sensors such as LVDT, RVTD (Linear/Rotary Variable Differential Transformer) or Resolver (Resolver). This new module only occupies one PXI or LXI/USB chassis slot, and its powerful programmability features allow users to perform simulations with only a minimal amount of hardware. In addition, this module can be installed in a PXI chassis and used with the user's other instruments, so no additional control protocols/interfaces are required, simplifying operation. Each channel comes with a digital signal processor (DSP), so measurements can be made without the need for additional instruments. The 41-670 module is available in a 5/6-wire 4-channel configuration for LVDT/RVDT or Resolver simulation, or a 4-wire 8-channel configuration for LVDT/RVDT simulation. Choose from independent stimulus inputs or shared stimulus inputs for synchronous or asynchronous testing of each channel.
The 41-761 Series is a low voltage 8-channel output high-density thermocouple simulation module also available in 32, 24 or 16 channels. Each channel of the 41-761 outputs a low voltage through two connector pins and is capable of providing ±20mV 0.7µV resolution, ±50mV 1.7µV resolution, and ±100mV 3.3µV resolution, covering most thermocouple types.
The 40-562 series is an ultra-high density matrix module. It is available in 3 sizes with 2, 4 or 8 slots and is built using instrument grade reeds and internal mu-metal shielded reed relays to meet high performance PXI matrix requirements.
The 50-297 Series PCI Precision Resistor Modules provide a simple solution for applications that require accurate emulation of resistive sensors. The range is available in a variety of resistance ranges and resolutions to meet the needs of most functional test systems and is particularly suitable for applications such as engine controller testing, where resistive sensors provide information on parameters such as temperature. .
PXI/PXIe RF multiplexing switch modules based on MEMS and new switching technology are ideal for wireless communications and semiconductor testing. Compared with traditional EMR (electromagnetic relay) switches, the operating life is greatly extended (up to 300 times), switching Faster speed (up to 60 times), higher bandwidth, and stronger RF power handling capabilities. Insertion loss is also comparable to EMR and much lower than solid state switches. The new product family is built on Menlo Microsystems' Ideal Switch® and is the first with performance features to support demanding RF test environments such as semiconductors, consumer wireless devices and a variety of S-band applications including mobile services, satellite communications and radar. ) of commercial MEMS components.
Wang Qi, technology and market development manager of Pinying Instruments (Beijing) Co., Ltd., said: "The British Pickering Company is a leading manufacturer of PXI switches and simulation modules, providing more than 1,000 types of switch modules to ensure that they fully meet your needs and optimize your test system. Switching and simulation.
