High-speed, high-precision, stable measurement
The battery impedance tester BT4560 significantly shortens the inspection time of lithium batteries through low-frequency measurement, and can make high-speed and high-precision judgments.
●High speed: Shorten measurement time by low-frequency AC-IR measurement
Until now, the internal resistance measurement (DC-IR measurement) of battery cells has been performed by flowing a large current after pre-charging and measuring the voltage drop. However, it takes several minutes to several tens of minutes for pre-charging to be smooth.
The BT4560 uses a low frequency of less than 1 Hz to measure the internal impedance (AC-IR measurement) without charging or discharging, thus significantly shortening the measurement time of the battery cell.
●High-precision and stable measurement: reliable performance ensures high reliability
——Ultra-low impedance measurement
The measurement current of conventional battery testers is 0.1A, but the BT4560 has a 1.5A measurement current, which is 15 times higher than before, thus improving the S/N ratio. Since it is highly resistant to interference, it can also accurately measure low-impedance batteries used in HV/PHV.
——High-precision DC voltage measurement
Voltage measurement can be performed with much higher accuracy than the previous accuracy (±0.01% of reading, ±3 digits). High-precision voltage measurement can be guaranteed even in situations where the previous voltage accuracy cannot be met.
——Circuit structure with small contact resistance
The circuit structure is less susceptible to the influence of contact resistance and wire resistance, and stable measurement is achieved. The probe wire length can reach 4m, which is more suitable for free wiring in the production line than ever before.
——Measure without damaging the battery
The AC-IR measurement of BT4560 is a small current load, so it will not cause unnecessary damage to the battery and can perform reliable measurements.
