Parallel Dual Op Amp Line Driver Based on LM4562
Source: InternetPublisher:常思一二 Keywords: Drive Updated: 2024/09/14
After all, the output current capacity of LM4562 is limited. In order to increase its output current, a dual op amp parallel output circuit is used, as shown in the figure below. Op amp A is used as the input stage, and op amp B is connected as a voltage follower in parallel with the output of op amp A. R1 and R2 determine the voltage gain of op amp A, and R3 is set to balance the input bias current of op amp A. R7 and R8 are output current distribution resistors, and their values are equal here, so the two op amps evenly distribute the output current. The output current capacity of this parallel circuit is much greater than that of a single op amp, and it is suitable for driving relatively low loads or very long audio cables, and can be used as the line output stage of a preamplifier.
