The three-phase capacitance and inductance tester can measure the single-phase capacitance of grouped parallel capacitors or three-phase capacitors of various combined connection types without removing the wires. It can also measure the inductance of various reactors. This instrument can also measure the current under power frequency conditions. The instrument is easy to connect and simple to operate, which reduces the workload of maintenance personnel, greatly improves the on-site testing efficiency, and provides safety protection for the normal operation of the power grid.


The tester adopts a new generation of high-speed hybrid microprocessor, which is highly integrated. The chip has a built-in dual-channel high-speed 16-bit AD converter, which synchronously collects the voltage signal and current signal of the tested capacitor, automatically identifies the range change and program-controlled amplifier gain. Its amplification capacity is more than 1,000 times. The selected precision resistors have little temperature response. After the conversion data is processed by micro-processing, the test results are obtained and sent to the LCD screen to display all measurement parameters. The entire measurement process is completed automatically by the instrument.


1. After unpacking the instrument, check whether it is consistent with the instrument packing list. 

2. Before operating the instrument, you should first read this instruction manual in detail, or operate under the guidance of someone familiar with the instrument to avoid misoperation. 

3. The power input line should be the same as the power socket of this instrument. 

4. Since the liquid crystal is affected by temperature, the grayscale of the screen will change. If the text is not clear, you can adjust the knob. 

5. The clamp meter is generally used together with the instrument, but it can also be used alone. Please put it back into the protective box after each use to avoid damage. 

6. The instrument should work in the environment specified by the technical indicators. The instrument, especially the connecting test wires, should be kept away from strong electromagnetic fields to avoid interference with the measurement. 

7. When the instrument is tested or needs to be turned on for troubleshooting, the power switch should be turned off and the power plug should be unplugged. 

8. Instrument test cables, wires, and clips should be kept clean to ensure good test contact.
