3. Maintenance and Inspection
After the instrument arrived, the engineer first verified the instrument fault. After the power-on test, the instrument screen was black and could not be turned on normally, but the keypad light was on. This phenomenon proved that there was no problem with the instrument powering on, and the power board was ruled out. Next, the instrument was disassembled for inspection. After checking one by one, the fault range was locked on the control board, and it was found that multiple components of the instrument control board were damaged.
4. Repair and treatment
After confirming the fault, replace the damaged components of the control board and inspect the whole machine.
5. Repair results
The instrument starts up normally, self-test passes, self-calibration passes, and the measurement signal is normal.
