Upgrade the mpy driver of HTS221 again [Copy link]

New power control commands have been added to read the power status and set the power switch to reduce power consumption. A bug in initialization has also been fixed.

The new driver has been uploaded to github. In order to avoid duplication, the code will not be posted. You can download it from github.

Updated again, added optional address parameter during initialization, the default is 0x5F.
