Background of the Invention
As is known to all, the existing ultrasonic flowmeter is composed of a flow tube body, a measuring tube body, a transducer mounting tube body, a positioning element, a reflector mounting seat, a reflector and a transducer. The side wall of the flow tube body is provided with two transducer mounting tube bodies and positioning holes. The flow tube body is provided with a measuring tube body, the transducer mounting tube body is connected with the flow tube body, the flow tube body is fixed with the measuring tube body through the positioning element, a transducer is provided in the transducer tube body, and reflector mounting seats are respectively installed at both ends of the measuring tube body. The reflector mounting seat is provided with a reflector, and the reflector corresponds to the transducer. The shortcomings of this structure are: First, due to the small diameter of the positioning element, the positioning is not accurate enough. Under the repeated impact of the water flow, the positioning of the reflector mounting seat in the measuring tube section is unreliable. Second, the positioning holes need to be processed on the flow tube body and the measuring tube section, which increases the production cost and adds a leakage point, which has the hidden danger of leakage of the measuring medium during use.

The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned deficiencies in the prior art and to provide an ultrasonic flow meter with plug-in positioning which has a novel structure, is quick to assemble and disassemble, has precise positioning, is reliable to fix, and has high measuring accuracy.

An ultrasonic flowmeter with plug-in positioning, comprising a flow tube body, a measuring tube body, a transducer mounting tube body, a reflector mounting seat, a reflector and a transducer, characterized in that a positioning sleeve is provided between the flow tube body and the reflector mounting seat, the positioning sleeve is cylindrical, an ultrasonic channel is provided at the center of the positioning sleeve, a positioning plug-in is provided at the lower end of the positioning sleeve, the positioning plug-in extends axially along the lower end of the positioning sleeve to facilitate positioning the positioning sleeve on the reflector mounting seat, a positioning slot is provided on the side wall of the reflector mounting seat, the positioning plug-in cooperates with the positioning slot, the upper end of the positioning sleeve is tightly inserted into the transducer mounting tube body and conflicts with the transducer, and the lower end is plugged and positioned with the positioning slot of the reflector mounting seat through the positioning plug-in, which significantly improves the stability of the reflector mounting seat, ensures the installation position of the reflector mounting seat, greatly improves the measurement accuracy, and also achieves the effect of convenient disassembly and assembly.
The lower end surface of the positioning sleeve of the present invention is provided with a positioning curved surface, and the positioning curved surface is formed by two pairs of adjacent concave and convex parts connected to each other by circular arc transition, so that the positioning curved surface of the positioning sleeve is consistent with the outer wall of the reflector mounting seat tube section with which it crosses and contacts, so as to further achieve the effect of accurate positioning.
The bottom surface of the positioning plug-in of the present invention is arc-shaped, and the radius of the bottom surface of the positioning plug-in is greater than or equal to the radius of the inner wall of the reflector mounting seat, so as to avoid turbulence to the fluid.
The present invention has the advantages of novel structure, quick assembly and disassembly, accurate positioning, reliable fixation, high measurement accuracy, etc. due to the adoption of the above structure.
