Murata is selected as a "DX (Digital Transformation) Certified Company" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry

On April 1, 2022, Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was selected as a "DX Certified Company" based on the "DX Certification System" established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

Murata Manufacturing has been committed to the mid-term management task of "promoting management reform" in its mid-term policy 2024 towards Vision 2030 (long-term vision), and on this basis, it has proposed "practicing digital transformation (DX)". We will connect the inside and outside of the company through digitalization, make processes more streamlined and visualized, and dramatically increase customer value to help improve competitiveness.

We believe that this certification means that our company's DX-related measures and appropriate disclosure of information to stakeholders have been recognized. The company group will continue to work hard to achieve management reform and a sustainable society by promoting DX in the medium and long term.

The DX Certification System is a system for the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry to certify DX-Ready Companies. DX-Ready Companies are companies that are ready to respond to social changes caused by digital technology through dialogue with stakeholders, based on the "Partial Amendment to the Law on the Promotion of Information Processing" implemented on May 15, 2020, and in accordance with the "Digital Governance Guidelines" established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
