• "WeChat Flash Invoice" function : When you need to issue an invoice, just scan the QR code at the hotel front desk to issue an invoice;

• "Invoice Assistant" applet : a portable "invoice business card" that can be forwarded and saved;

• WeChat client "Me - My Invoice Heading" : After using one of the first two functions, the invoice information will also be available in your personal profile.

However, if you want to experience the above functions, you need to upgrade WeChat to version 6.5.8 first.

How to use WeChat flash invoice?

WeChat provides the "WeChat Flash Invoice" function. In hotels that have connected to this function, you can scan the QR code at the front desk, confirm your invoice information, and directly issue a (paper) invoice!

After scanning the QR code, fill in the invoice information by yourself and save it permanently in the "Me"-"Personal Information"-"My Invoice Header" entrance.

PS: According to the regulations of the State Administration of Taxation, starting from July 1, 2017, whether it is a regular invoice or a special invoice, as long as the invoice header is the company name, the corporate tax number must be filled in.

Manage information in the "Invoice Assistant" applet

We can also manage invoice information in this way - enter the company's invoice header information in the "Invoice Assistant" applet.
